This training role prepares candidates for the Account Sales Manager position. The Sales Trainee supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. The role maintains customer relationships across large and small format “off premise” stores, ensuring service in a safe, productive and professional manner per Red Bull execution standards.
Responsibilities- Participate in the training program and, upon successful completion, qualify for interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
- Support ASM routes during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.
- Obtain and use all tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing, etc.) to execute daily plans.
- Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs.
- Meet daily KPI areas: sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
- Provide in‑route support following global strategy for in‑store execution, measured by Winning vs Competition and Perfect Store Audit.
- Provide off‑route support: audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
Base salary: $21.68 to $23.96 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. Salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
