• Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time (40 hours per week)
• Shifts:
  
  Afternoon and evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Must be available weekends and evenings

• Supervise and lead a small on‑site security team
• Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center
• Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations
• Respond promptly to incidents, escalating when needed, and complete reports
• Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management

• Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role
• Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (active role)
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Must have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY
