Hermes Worldwide is the leader in luxury passenger transportation in Colorado and we are looking for a proactive, positive, and resourceful individual to help us deliver world-class transportation experiences.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Logistics Services department.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all event-related phone lines and email inquiries.
- Utilize excellent selling and listening skills to capture all inquiries and proactively seek future event bookings to maximize revenue.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all client and internal inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Assist the Logistics team with administrative tasks, including securing parking meters, signage, travel arrangements, and ordering client meals/beverages.
- Assist with the proposals and contracts process, including obtaining affiliate rates, entering manifests, and creating contracts using proposal tools and quotes.
- Provide a company "presence" at off-site venues and events.
- Perform airport greets and attend meetings/events around the Denver area as required.
- Manage and assign new leads equitably to coordinators using the lead log.
- Create new client accounts in the appropriate systems.
- Monitor Credit Card Authorizations and ensure compliance.
- Perform necessary internal audits (e.g., Group calendar, CDFs, CRM).
- Provide basic office computer/tech support and liaise with tech vendors to resolve issues.
- Protect company assets and confidential information (client, credit card, proprietary data).
- Education:
High school diploma or higher (continuing education preferred). - Experience:
Entry-level with a degree in a related field OR two plus years of professional experience in event planning, sales, or customer service. - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite Apps and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- A customer service and teamwork focused mentality.
- Highly independent, resourceful, and effective in problem-solving.
- Strong technical capacity.
- Competitive Salary: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
- PTO: up to 80 hours per year
