Bilingual Customer Service Representative Auto Glass Wholesaler

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our wholesale auto glass team. This role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers with orders, providing product information, and ensuring excellent service. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Candidates with sales skills will excel, as there are opportunities to upsell products.

Additionally, during slower periods, employees will be responsible for posting advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to expand business visibility.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers in both English and Spanish.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide detailed product information, including glass types, availability, and pricing.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.

Assist customers with order status inquiries and resolve any issues.

Utilize sales skills to recommend and upsell additional products.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Post advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to attract new business.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory updates.

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and invoicing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or wholesale distribution preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of auto glass products and industry terminology is a plus.

Sales experience and familiarity with online advertising platforms preferred.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn new processes.
