Hourly - Hourly Plan, 45.83 USD per hour

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks per work orders assigned.
  • Understand how to work safely and speak up when you do not.
  • Continue to learn new skills and grow in your maintenance expertise.
  • Train other Maintenance and Reliability Technicians.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 5 or more years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effectively use computer applications.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced-level technical competencies (e.g., PLCs, VFDs, system troubleshooting).
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate.
  • Mechanical aptitude, including problem‐solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP.
Good to Have
  • CMRT certification.
  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
  • Other maintenance‑related certifications.

Team members must be clean shaven to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and where a proper seal for a respirator (including an N‑95 dust mask) is necessary for adequate protection.
