Production Lead

Location: Commerce City, CO

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM-1:45 AM

Pay: $22-33/hour, based on experience

• Lead and support production employees during the assigned shift
• Communicate daily production goals, priorities, and deadlines
• Monitor workflow, output, and team performance
• Help keep production operating efficiently and at capacity
• Track daily production metrics and elevate issues when needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
• Support basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
• Ensure finished products meet established quality standards
• Reinforce safety procedures and safe work practices
• Train and support new employees
• Assist with hands-on production activities as needed
• Coordinate with other departments regarding safety, quality, equipment, and production concerns
• Identify problems quickly and help keep the team moving when priorities change
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

• 1-3 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Previous lead, team lead, or informal leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
• Experience with manufacturing equipment such as layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, press, or similar machinery is a plus
• Comfortable working with weights, measurements, and basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and product quality
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing production environment
• Willingness to lead by example and remain hands-on with the team
