Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is an American sports and entertainment holding company based in Denver, Colorado. KSE operates Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, and owns the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, and multiple media assets.

Base hourly rate $18.81 per hour. Hourly wage plus commissions. Inside Sales Representatives are hired for ten months with the option to continue in the program or move into a different role based on department and business needs.

The Inside Sales Representative focuses on selling new full‑season tickets, partial‑season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets, and premium seating through outbound touchpoints and face‑to‑face appointments. The program provides consistent training from the Rapids leadership team and emphasizes personal and professional development.

• Sell new full‑season tickets, partial‑season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets, and premium seating.
• Make a minimum of 90 daily touchpoints to generate new ticket revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and proactive lead generation.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and intangible goals.
• Conduct appointments with prospective clients.
• Provide phone support and follow‑up for ticket sales marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system.
• Staff sales tables at various games and events.

• BS/BA degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company vehicle driving standards.
• Minimum required qualifications at the time of hire.

• Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and desire to excel in sales.
• Strong verbal and listening skills.
• Desire to start a career in the sports sales industry.

• Positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Flexible work schedule (evenings and weekends).

• Base hourly rate $18.81 per hour.
