Customer Executive Food Service

Position Summary

As a Customer Executive for Bimbo Bakehouse Food service, you will be accountable for the effective management of the food service business in the West market covering approximately fourteen states. The key objective of this position is to grow fresh and frozen food service sales within food service distribution houses and regional operators, including, but not limited to: multi‑unit chains, large independent operator accounts while managing and achieving budget targets.

• Achieve sales budget by selling food service bakery products into broad‑line distributors and operators.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of key customers, competitors, and brokers in the region.
• Daily management and development of the broker network.
• Lead new bread line projects for the West for new segments and markets, requiring heavy travel throughout the region.
• Exceed sales targets and meet expectations of key accounts while maintaining strong relationships.
• Attend food shows, conduct broker training, product cuttings, and business reviews.
• Manage and negotiate pricing and trade expenditure with customers.
• Use CRM and trade management platforms.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or sales required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with food service sales, broker network or distributor sales; bakery or snack category experience a plus.
• Strong sales budget management and financial awareness.
• Travel required up to 75%.
• Very strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, Blacksmith, PowerPoint; well versed in Excel pivot tables and reporting.
• Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow‑up skills and proven track record with growth.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and excellent analytical thinking.

Salary Range: $102,000 – $142,800. Annual bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, 401(k) with company match.
