• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems.
• Perform thorough inspections to ensure safe and code‑compliant work.
• Keep detailed documentation (notes, photos, diagrams) to support efficient service and follow‑up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
• Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
• Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’.
• Deliver world‑class service that builds trust and long‑term relationships.

• Strong in‑home sales experience (2+ years preferred).
• A positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools confidently.
• Great communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards (a plus).
• Experience with garage door systems or Service Titan is a bonus—but not required.
