Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.
- Identify and repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, expansion valves, and controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Company service vehicle, cell phone, and uniforms
- Major tools supplied and technician tool account
- Ongoing factory and on‑site training programs

- Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
- Must pass physical and drug screening
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration or Commercial HVAC
- EPA Universal Certification required
- CIRO Certification preferred (may be required within 90 days of hire if not held)
