• Perform safe and accurate locates of underground utilities.
• Maintain high standards in quality and quantity of locating work.
• Prevent damage to customer facilities using all reasonable means.
• Manage and coordinate assigned work volumes efficiently.
• Make reasonable commitments and uphold them.
• Represent the company professionally with contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Respect fellow employees and respond appropriately to work-related requests.
• Identify and report hazards or inaccuracies in customer maps and records to supervisors.
• Support other divisions as needed and at supervisor’s request.
• Learn new skills as deemed appropriate by the company.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of line locating experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL with endorsements highly preferred.
• Strong communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret utility maps, records, and locate tickets.
• Understanding of the One Call System rules and regulations.
• Ability to pass drug tests and physicals as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

$27.94 Per Hour
