Management and Manufacturing

• Perform maintenance and inspection on all vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair larger‑scale mechanical and electrical issues.
• Handle building/facility maintenance tasks and assist yard drivers with pre‑trip or startup issues.
• Ensure every truck leaving the shop is in top‑notch condition.
• Participate in a 3‑or‑4‑day work week (four 10‑hr days) with overtime opportunities.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 4+ years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Basic computer skills.
• CDL preferred (not required).
• Knowledge of DOT inspections and pre/post‑trip requirements.
• Shop experience preferred.
• Journeyman‑level technician with Paccar engine knowledge.
• Experience with emission after‑treatment systems.
• Electrical diagnostics and repair knowledge.
• HVAC certified or equivalent experience.

• Competitive pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $50.00/hour (DOE).
