Local Delivery Driver; Non-CDL

As a Delivery Driver at Crescent Electric, you are responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and / or pick-up of goods to specified locations. This includes safe operation of the vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and loading / unloading trucks in an efficient manner.

• Monday through Friday
• 5 : 00am to 1 : 30pm

Drive company trucks making prompt, on-schedule deliveries and pick-ups while notifying management of any delays in the delivery schedule.

Establish familiarity with delivery routes and customers’ preferences.

Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner.

Effectively communicate to customers and all levels of staff.

Maintain vehicle properly and perform daily pre and post trip inspections.

Maintain a harmonious relationship with co-workers and customers.

Record damage to vehicles, product, and / or equipment.

May assist with standard warehouse activities, as needed.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Current medical certification card and / or the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

6+ months of product delivery experience.

• The expected rate of pay for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 hourly
• $2,000 Signing Bonus

• Eligibility :
  Employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees who are 21 years of age or older will be automatically enrolled in the company’s 401(k) plan once they achieve 90 days of employment.
