Order Processor
SummaryThe Order Processor is responsible for entering orders into computer databases in our corporate office, performing general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, filing, and making copies as needed.
Responsibilities- Enter customer orders in the Oracle ERP database.
- Read and interpret EDI raw data (preferred).
- Perform tests on EDI transmissions and maintain documentation for trading‑partner setups.
- Analyze customer requirements for processes.
- Prepare required EDI documents and reports (not required but a plus).
- Coordinate EDI data with the IT department.
- In‑Office, Monday–Friday, Los Angeles – local candidates only.
- At least 2 years of order‑processing experience.
- Knowledge of EDI order processing is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal departments.
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Highly organized and a quick learner.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
