Job SummarySupport Sales management team with reporting and tracking in order to develop and nurture an “information-rich” environment lending itself to the successful delivery of the annual business plan. Support sales teams on customer‑specific deliverables.
Responsibilities- Assists with performance tracking and management tools, integrating internal, syndicated, and customer‑specific data.
- Works with Trade Development to optimize the monthly execution tracking process (inputs) and reporting functionality (outputs).
- Prepares and submits monthly pricing files from Trade +, annual plan updates, and key program tracking.
- Provides ad‑hoc reporting for sales teams.
- Assists Sales and District Managers to create effective business proposals that enable improved program execution.
- Creates promotional material for sales team and assists with sales meetings and setting up supplier work‑withs.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
- Results‑oriented communication skills with diplomacy, discretion, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment.
- Industry knowledge.
- Regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Accountable for results which impact the department.
- Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations.
- Hourly Rate $22.08 – $27.60
