Job Description

Tile Tech, a leading manufacturer and distributor of construction and building materials with over 25 years of industry experience, is proud to serve clients across the U.S. and Canada. Headquartered near the Vernon/Downtown LA area, we operate multiple distribution centers nationwide to ensure reliable service and timely delivery.

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

• Conduct detailed plan takeoffs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and accounting) to manage the sales cycle.

• Respond to high volumes of calls and emails; manage customer inquiries from quote to delivery.

• Distribute marketing materials, product samples, and data sheets to clients and sales representatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns to ensure full satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating, customer service, and sales.

• Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Procore, Measure Square, or Autodesk Takeoff.

• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Working knowledge of Sage/Peachtree, Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience using CRM platforms.

• Background in high-volume inside sales or estimating.

• Familiarity with construction material pricing and change orders.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $21.25 – $24.75 (Negotiable, DOE)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 8-hour shift

• No nights or weekends

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Bluebeam software: 2 years (Preferred)

• Sage/Peachtree or Quick Books: 3 years (Required)

• Microsoft Office/Excel: 3 years (Required)

• Construction Estimating: 3 years (Required)

• Customer Service: 5 years (Required)

• Sales: 5 years (Required)
