As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. • Assist dentists chairside using four-handed dentistry and perform RDA-permitted procedures such as sealants and coronal polishing
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control protocols
• Capture digital x-rays and intraoral images, take impressions, and support restorative procedures
• Support front office operations as needed, including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out

• Active RDA license in California, with required certifications (Radiation Safety, Coronal Polishing, Infection Control, CPR)
• Graduation from a California Board-approved RDA program
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Passion for community health, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds
