We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a mission-driven healthcare team serving underserved populations throughout Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, community health, and helping individuals overcome barriers to accessing dental services.

As an RDA, you'll work closely with dentists and hygienists to provide exceptional patient care while ensuring a safe and efficient clinical environment.

• Assist dentists chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for dental procedures
• Take digital dental X-rays and intraoral photographs
• Perform approved RDA procedures, including:
• Coronal polishing
• Sealant application
• Fluoride treatments
• Alginate impressions
• Temporary crown fabrication
• CAD/intraoral scanning
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies
• Support patient flow and ensure accurate documentation
• Educate and assist patients with treatment-related questions
• Collaborate with dental, medical, and administrative teams
• Participate in community outreach and oral health education activities
• Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out when needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Graduate of a California Board-approved RDA program
• High School Diploma or GED
• Radiation Safety Certificate
• Current Infection Control Certification
• Current AHA BLS/CPR Certification
• Coronal Polishing Certificate
• Valid California Driver's License

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and best practices
