Location: Commerce, CA
Compensation: $70,304 annually plus $5,000 annual incentives

As a key partner in our dynamic HR team, you will:

• Serve as the go-to HR contact for regional teams—both field and corporate.
• Guide and coach managers and employees through employee relations issues.
• Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies that support full employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning to align with our expansion.
• Facilitate performance management, coaching, and improvement plans.
• Implement culture-building programs including employee recognition and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote inclusive, equitable HR practices.
• Embody and promote TCI’s core values, driving our commitment to culture and DEI.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles (multi-site support is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred, not required
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
