What You’ll Do
  • Enter sales orders into the company’s ERP system, ensuring all details such as part numbers, quantities, pricing and delivery dates are accurate and compliant with company policies
  • Verify order information against customer purchase orders, quotes, and contracts to minimize errors and discrepancies
  • Update order status in real-time and flag any issues, such as incomplete data or potential delays, for escalation to supervisors
  • Maintain organized digital records of entered orders and related documentation for easy retrieval and auditing
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to clarify order details as needed
  • Perform basic data reconciliation tasks to ensure orders align with inventory availability in the electronics supply chain
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or order processing preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a team-oriented setting
  • Basic problem-solving skills to identify and resolve minor order discrepancies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing priorities
Special Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR Requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
