Location:

Remote

Salary: $74 - 92 K Annually

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Employment Logistics
The Maintenance Training Manager is responsible for developing, standardizing, and deploying technical training programs for maintenance technicians across OnTrac’s network. This role ensures all technicians—entry-level to senior—are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications needed to safely maintain and troubleshoot automated parcel handling equipment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership experience and instructional skill. They will work closely with site leadership, Engineering, and Safety to drive technician development, improve uptime, and reduce risk through consistent training standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years experience
• Up to 50% Travel

Your Mission In Motion

• Design, implement, and maintain a national technician training program focused on conveyor systems, sortation equipment, sensors, controls, and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct assessments, skills audits, & job task analyses to identify training gaps across the network.
• Facilitate hands-on, classroom, & virtual training sessions in partnership with OEMs & internal SMEs.
• Develop training content including SOPs, videos, maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, & test procedures.
• Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new technicians & maintenance leaders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through audits, technician assessments, and uptime/reliability KPIs.
• Support safety programs through lockout/tagout, fall protection, & electrical safety training compliance following OSHA, NFPA, and NEC regulations.
