Overview:
A nationally recognized leader in specialty distribution is seeking Branch Managers to lead two pivotal Southern California operations. These are not maintenance roles — they are growth-oriented positions designed for experienced operators who want to own every aspect of a high-performance branch environment. Each location is deeply embedded in project-driven markets, where execution speed, team alignment, and operational excellence define success.
You’ll have full autonomy over your branch, with the responsibility and authority to shape the culture, drive the numbers, and build the next phase of performance.
What You’ll Lead:
- All day-to-day branch operations: sales execution, warehouse logistics, service coordination, and administrative support.
- Full P&L ownership: budgeting, cost controls, margin performance, and strategic planning.
- Team performance: lead and develop cross-functional teams focused on execution, safety, and service delivery.
- Operational rigor: enforce standards, streamline processes, and ensure compliance at all levels.
- Market responsiveness: partner with senior leadership to align local tactics with national strategy.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in materials distribution, supply chain, or field-based operations.
- Proven track record managing diverse teams in high-accountability environments.
- Strong command of branch-level financials, operational metrics, and performance levers.
- Comfortable leading from the front — hands-on, data-driven, and outcome-focused.
- Experience with insulation, HVAC, or related construction materials is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to drive productivity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent real-world experience leading complex branch operations.
