An Assembly operator must be able to assemble the minimum required pieces correctly every hour, use all required measuring tools accurately, fill out documentation electronically or in writing, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, teamwork, and integrity. The role requires self‑motivation, strong work habits, and the ability to follow all instructions given by leaders and management. The operator may be required to lift up to thirty pounds, work in a fast‑paced, loud environment, and operate in varying temperature conditions while wearing proper personal protective equipment.

• Set up and run hand assembly machines.
• Identify and assemble parts correctly.
• Identify containers correctly per the bill of material and place all products in the correct container for lot traceability.
• Clock in and out correctly in the company time tracking system.
• Log work orders into the company labor collection system promptly and accurately.
• Complete job operations in the company labor collection system correctly and accurately.
• Collaborate well with other team members.
• Take direction and communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Become proficient in identifying quality discrepancies.
• Become proficient in all manual assembly processes as required by the company.
• Learn and identify different product families.
• Assemble all product families correctly and at the required rate.
• Identify each component on all assembled part families.

• Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds.
• Must have some manufacturing experience, preferably in light fabrication and part assembly.
• Must be able to set up assembly stations and operate all manual assembly equipment or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Must be proficient with measuring tools.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.99 - $23.65 per hour for the 3rd shift LG 5. Compensation may vary depending on candidate qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Additional incentives such as equity, commissions, or other variable performance‑related bonuses may be available. Further details will be provided by our recruiting team during the interview process.
