Marketing Manager – Hair Color & Hair CareA global leader in beauty and personal care manufacturing and distribution, home to 60+ internationally recognized brands, is seeking a Marketing Manager with Hair Color experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building brands that resonate with today’s beauty consumer.
You will manage a dynamic portfolio of hair color and hair care brands, including Color Solutions, Jerome Russell, Punky Colour, Waterworks, BWild, RAW, ’N Rage, Thick
FX, and Youthair, while also leading the development and launch of innovative new products.
- Lead brand strategy and execution across multiple hair color and hair care brands, from concept to launch
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans including new product launches, packaging, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving brand identity to drive relevance and growth
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Development, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to bring initiatives to market
- Execute marketing programs that support growth across professional salon, retail, and mass channels
- Manage pricing strategies and conduct competitive and margin analysis for existing and new products
- Support market research, consumer insights, and trend analysis to inform brand decisions
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the existing brand portfolio
- Own brand performance by setting, tracking, and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- 2–3 years of hands‑on brand marketing experience within beauty, hair color, or hair care
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, messaging, and positioning
- Experience supporting or leading new product launches in a CPG environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience working with professional salons, retailers, or mass merchandisers
- Adobe Photoshop or creative asset review experience
- Work with a diverse portfolio of globally recognized beauty brands
