Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate at Under Armour. This seasonal part-time role has big-time impact and is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

• Provide great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Assist customers by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share knowledge and passion for our products
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store; maintain store presentation
• Work front and back of store as needed
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experiences
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
• Communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
• Participate in product knowledge training

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
• Fluency in local language
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

• 0-3 months of experience in a sports apparel & footwear retail environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

• Previous customer-facing work experience (not required)

• Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about the store for extended periods with breaks
