Base pay range: $23.30/hr - $26.80/hr

The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Retail Store Manager in leading the sales team, forging connections with customers, and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. The role encourages the team to maintain Vuori’s retail standards and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

• Ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and team, prioritizing customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging about product details, new releases, and upcoming events.
• Share product and sales insights with customers and team.
• Lead day‑to‑day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a commission‑based environment.
• Seek new product knowledge and serve as an expert for customers.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Assist the Store Inventory Lead with product shipments and inventory management.
• Support daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure daily opening/closing protocols and safety standards are followed.
• Complete weekly restocks, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
• Manage store supplies, online returns, and backroom organization.
• Maintain Aloha displays and mannequins.

• Available morning and/or evening, 8‑hour shifts, 5 days/week, with at least one weekend day.
• Exceptional punctuality and attendance.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow‑through.
