The Selling Supervisor supports store leadership by executing business objectives and driving sales performance. This role leads by example, coaches the sales team, and helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Coach and develop team members, monitor sales targets and performance metrics, and support training.
- Sell approximately 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
- Execute sales events, support customer concerns, communicate business performance, and identify merchandising opportunities.
- Support inventory control, supervise cash transactions, participate in recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Retail supervisory experience or similar industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, demonstrate business acumen, and support customers and store personnel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds as required.
