• Engage potential clients through proactive, in-person outreach and relationship‑building within your territory.

• Manage and grow the accounts you open—yours to keep.
• Offer solutions with our products in packaging, automation, janitorial, safety, and beyond.
• Represent the Ernest brand with professionalism and personality.

  Base salary + 15% commission + bonuses + car allowance.
• Residual income from your accounts (even years down the line). $200k–$400k isn’t a stretch—the standard for our best.
