As a Delivery Driver, you will execute the distribution of meals and snacks to local schools. You will fulfill all assigned orders, accurately count items in your truck, and ensure timely delivery of quality products while operating a delivery truck on the open road. A valid state‑issued driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

• Verify the daily delivery plan and route(s) in coordination with Dispatch.
• Maintain professional uniform standards, personal hygiene, and a respectful presence at all times.
• Conduct vehicle pre‑check inspections and perform daily truck checks; manage fuel levels.
• Inspect fruits and snacks for quality; report issues to the Operations Manager.
• Engage with school and other representatives, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to company specifications; unload trucks to meet customer/school program needs.
• Adhere to proper food handling requirements and temperature checks for chilled products such as milk, dairy, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with the route dispatcher regarding traffic and other conditions that may impact timely deliveries.
• Manage packing slips and obtain customer signatures for receipt of deliveries; note any rejections or shorted products.
• Follow company protocol when questions or concerns are raised by customers; act as a problem solver and promote Revolution Foods Core values and mission.
• Follow safe working practices while operating the vehicle, obeying speed limits, and handling loading/unloading equipment.
• Keep the truck interior and exterior organized, clean, and sanitary throughout.
• Follow all required safe work and food safety practices, wearing required PPE in designated areas.
• Identify and report vehicle mechanical issues; support preventive maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with preparation and pack‑out tasks as needed; complete routine admin tasks associated with the work.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver.
• Experience driving 16 ft and/or 26 ft box trucks.
• A valid Class C driver’s license.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a company driving test, background check, and drug test.

• Able to work an early morning flexible schedule and cover varied shifts, which may include periodic overtime.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude and image.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self‑starter responsible for common routines; goal‑driven with the ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from others.
• Able to work as a team and individually to accomplish the work.
• Knowledge of basic food handling requirements.

• Work within a factory setting, with chilled temperatures, and occasionally in a freezer area.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting is routinely required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, carry, crouch, grasp, hold, kneel, lift, push/pull, reach, sit, squat, stand, stoop, stretch, turn, twist, talk, listen, and communicate with others.
• May lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• All Revolution Foods driver routes are subject to change based on business needs.
• Drivers have assigned routes that are not owned by them.
• All drivers will have a designated timeframe to complete all daily routes.
• Drivers may be asked to periodically assist with additional stops/routes.
