• Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications.
• Load and unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory.
• Package parts to ship to customers, ensuring they are fully protected and compliant with customer specifications.
• Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications.
• Pull parts from specific warehouse locations and stage them in areas for shipment preparation.
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
• Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed, or cycle‑counted via the appropriate computer program.
• Weigh, count, and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Assist in counting, tarping, and movement of physical inventory.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability.
• Keen attention to detail.

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• ITAR requirement.
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
