• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper material condition
• Managing shipping documentation, including weights, charges, invoices, and order records
• Coordinating the movement of materials from receiving to storage and production areas
• Ensuring loading and unloading operations meet safety and shipping standards
• Determining load limits and selecting appropriate shipping methods to meet schedules
• Reporting damaged or incorrect items and working with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Monitoring inventory levels, performing regular reconciliations, and ensuring material availability
• Coordinating maintenance or repair of equipment and materials as needed
• Managing financial transactions related to shipping and warehouse operations
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and recommending process enhancements
• Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse and shipping staff
• Supporting standardization of warehouse processes for consistency and improved performance
• Walking, sitting, talking, and hearing regularly during daily activities
• Lifting or moving up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Maintaining required vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Working in an environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Minimum of a high school diploma;
  Bachelors Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a shipping or warehouse management/supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision‑making skills
• Good negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities
• Effective time‑management skills
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
