We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor provides direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for the telecommunication construction project team.

• Coordinate and supervise outside installations, including underground trenching, directional boring, fiber optic and coax cable pulling, aerial fiber and coax lashing, splicing and testing.
• Manage in‑house construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring project schedules, invoicing, as‑built maps and project management software are accurate.
• Interface with developers, city inspectors, property owners and the public to resolve construction issues.
• Embrace the company’s safety program and validate job and funding codes before jobs.
• Maintain quality compliance throughout the build process.

• High School or GED diploma.
• 5+ years of relevant construction supervision and coordination experience in the CATV industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information and supervise construction personnel.
• Proficient with email and computer use.
