Position Overview Seeking a dedicated Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered primary care team providing comprehensive medical services to the local community. The Physician will deliver high-quality care through diagnosis, treatment, and preventive medicine within an established care model that emphasizes coordinated, team-based healthcare.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses Order, interpret, and oversee laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures Prescribe and manage medications and therapeutic plans Perform minor outpatient procedures and surgeries as appropriate Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record Adhere to established clinical quality and safety protocols Collaborate with care team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care Provide patient education on lifestyle, diet, and preventive health practices Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed Participate in quality assurance, community health promotion, and organizational initiatives Supervise and provide clinical guidance to support staff and advanced practice clinicians

Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an approved internship and residency program Board-eligible or board-certified in a primary care specialty Comprehensive knowledge of current clinical practices and developments in medicine Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to preventive medicine and patient education
