Mechanical Design Engineer

• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of new and existing industrial refrigeration products, including valves, sensors, and control systems
• Create detailed drawings, models, and assemblies with proper dimensions, tolerances, analyses, and Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters
• Design, perform, and analyze tests and experiments to support product development and validation
• Troubleshoot mechanical and fluid‑control issues using root cause analysis techniques
• Use 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Works) and Microsoft Office tools to support engineering tasks and documentation
• Develop and manage technical documentation that meets established engineering standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to review designs, resolve technical challenges, and support prototype development
• Work on project‑driven assignments structured to build technical capability, creativity, and increasing levels of independence
• Contribute as a motivated, self‑driven team member who embraces new opportunities and innovative thinking

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role working with electro‑mechanical products
• Ability to design and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery used in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems
• Strong team contributor capable of delivering results on assigned engineering tasks and accurately documenting updates to key engineering records
