Pay: $20.27 per hour

Travel Radius:
Up to 2 hours from Commerce, GA Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Traveling Project Supervisor to lead Quality Inspector teams at customer manufacturing facilities across both first and second shift operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in the field, managing teams, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met across multiple job sites.
What You’ll DoSupervise and lead Quality Inspector teams at customer sites
Oversee daily project setup, execution, and team performance
Train, coach, and develop team members on quality procedures
Ensure safety and customer quality requirements are met Communicate with client representatives and site leadership
Complete reporting, documentation, and project updates
Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouse facilities within the assigned region
Step in as on-site leadership support when required
What We’re Looking For2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or quality preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing job site needs and priorities
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Must be willing to travel within a 2-hour radius of Commerce, GAMust pass a background check
Travel & Compensation Travel time and mileage reimbursed according to company policy
