• Support leasing needs and ensure strong occupancy rates.
• Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with potential residents through outreach, networking, and community events.
• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to attract prospects and enhance property visibility.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to convert leads into leases.
• Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Partner with property teams to execute leasing promotions, resident events, and retention strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local demand to provide insights for pricing strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with local businesses, realtors, and referral sources to drive traffic to properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and leasing procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, activity reports, and follow-up documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales required.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different properties, teams, and leasing challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
• Ability to work independently, travel between properties, and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
