Leasing Specialist at Broad Management Group LLC. This role supports leasing and marketing efforts across multiple properties within the portfolio. The position is designed for an experienced and motivated leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys networking, and excels at resident engagement. The primary focus is driving occupancy through strategic outreach, marketing initiatives, and leasing support at various locations.
Responsibilities- Support leasing needs and ensure strong occupancy rates.
- Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with potential residents through outreach, networking, and community events.
- Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to attract prospects and enhance property visibility.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to convert leads into leases.
- Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Partner with property teams to execute leasing promotions, resident events, and retention strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local demand to provide insights for pricing strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses, realtors, and referral sources to drive traffic to properties.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and leasing procedures.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, activity reports, and follow-up documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales required.
- Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different properties, teams, and leasing challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
- Ability to work independently, travel between properties, and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
