• Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great, custom-fit hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
• Maintain an attractive store presentation and overall store appearance.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The position requires physical activity such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role may involve exposure to moving carts or machines and irritant chemicals.
