- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
- Open availability of 15–20 hours per week.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
- Assist the management team in building store business.
- Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge.
- Serve multiple customers at a time, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
- Stay aware of fashion trends and seek information about new arrivals.
- Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers and suggest items to match their needs.
- Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching, and feedback.
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
- Complete projects as assigned, including operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
