Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and drive repeat business. Manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding their
needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product delivery schedules for various customers.
- Handle customer sample requests and communicate with internal department.
- Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports.
- Handle sales data, invoicing, and closing procedures.
- Monitor monthly sales volumes and progress.
- Attend online/offline customer meetings as needed
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience:
1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry. - Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving - Language:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal) is preferred. - abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred.
