As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and use your communication skills to address concerns. • Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security‑related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on duty.
• Document incidents and daily activities as required by site‑specific protocols.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client site policies and procedures relevant to the post.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
