Shipping Associate

For nearly 25 years, Cables And Kits  has helped businesses get the networking hardware and infrastructure products they need to keep projects moving. We’ve built our business around making that experience easier—combining reliable products, responsive service, and a team that takes ownership and gets things done.
LET’S GET IT DONE isn’t just our tagline; it’s how we work together and serve our customers.

And how we get it done matters. Guided by our Business as a Ministry (BaaM) mindset and Christian values, we believe business can be a force for good and people should be treated with care, dignity, integrity, and respect. If you take pride in your work, care about the people around you, and want to be part of a team where your contribution matters, you’ll feel at home here.

As a Shipping Associate, you’ll help make sure customer orders leave our warehouse accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll begin in a primary area - typically shipping and fulfillment - while learning additional warehouse functions over time.

We operate as one warehouse team, so everyone steps in to support other areas when trained and needed. Consistent performance and broader warehouse proficiency can create a path to Warehouse Associate II.
