Position: Enrolled Nurse (Case-Partner)
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about providing client-focused care in the community. This role is hands-on, meaningful, and rewarding — you’ll be supporting clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
Support with assessments and contribute to care planning and reviews.
Administer medications and provide wound care as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
Work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality services.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Qualifications   Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Experience working as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in community or aged care.
Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP).
Understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance requirements.
National Police Check (current).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
Preferred Skills  A genuine passion for high-quality, client-focused care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
