Store Manager Principali responsabilita:
- Garantire il raggiungimento dei KPI del Punto Vendita
- Garantire la corretta tenuta del Punto Vendita in termini di presenza prodotto, visual e prezzi
- Sviluppare l'organizzazione del negozio e le competenze dei collaboratori
- Selezionare e curare l'inserimento dei nuovi collaboratori
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma
- Pregressa esperienza nel medesimo ruolo maturata in contesti strutturati
- Comprovate competenze di gestione del personale
Completano il profilo spiccato orientamento al risultato ed al Cliente, adattabilita, flessibilita e Leadership Si offre:
