Santa Monica Seafood is seeking a fully bilingual English/Spanish Director of Human Resources to serve as a key HR leader in a multi-state seafood processing and distribution business with ~700 employees. The role is hands-on with day-to-day HR execution, advising managers, and strengthening recruiting, development, and retention.
This leadership position requires independence, strong judgment, and the ability to scale responsibilities over time. Onsite three days per week plus travel as needed.
