Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Education Requirements- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Materials Management, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CSCP, CPSM, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting production operations through purchasing and material planning.
- Hands-on ERP experience required;
Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 experience strongly preferred. - Knowledge of supplier management, forecasting, inventory control, and procurement best practices.
- Experience in electrical, electronics, transformer, industrial equipment, or engineered manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility as needed.
- Ability to review reports, analyze data, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production setting.
- Ability to collaborate with suppliers, production, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
- Plan, purchase, and manage materials, components, and supplies to support manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production schedules, forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demand to ensure material availability.
- Create and manage purchase orders while monitoring supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Proactively resolve material shortages, supplier issues, and delivery delays to prevent production disruptions.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotes, and support vendor negotiations.
- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supplier records within ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels, replenishment schedules, stock accuracy, and obsolete material disposition. - Partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations teams on sourcing, supplier development, and new product initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, supplier performance, procurement processes, and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations to support business and production goals.
