** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee daily warehouse, fulfillment, and transportation operations.
* Manage labor, staffing, productivity, and operational costs.
* Lead employee relations, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
* Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Maintain WMS accuracy, inventory control, and operational reporting.
* Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technology.
* Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Experience managing labor productivity and operational KPIs.###
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience within warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
* Experience managing employee relations and workforce development.
* Strong background in fulfillment operations, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and transportation logistics preferred.
