We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Centerless Grind Operator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a leading manufacturing company, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. You will be tasked with operating centerless grinding machines to produce top-quality components in line with our company's high standards.

• Operate and maintain centerless grinding machines to meet production deadlines.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve the correct dimensions of parts.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and achieve production goals.
• Keep accurate records of machine operations, including quantities and types of parts produced.
• Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as required.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience operating a centerless grinder in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
