** California Sierra Express is hiring an experienced 26' Box Truck Driver for our Compton operation.

This is a full-time position performing local pickups, deliveries, and freight recoveries throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Drivers operate 26-foot liftgate box trucks and handle time-sensitive airfreight shipments for domestic and international freight forwarders.

Routes typically require 8–10 hours, depending on freight volume, traffic, and operational needs.

** What You'll Do
*** Operate a 26' liftgate box truck on assigned local routes
* Pick up and deliver time-sensitive airfreight shipments
* Safely load, unload, and secure freight
* Use liftgate and material-handling equipment as required
* Complete vehicle inspections, manifests, and required driver documentation
* Provide professional service at customer locations
* Follow company safety, DOT, TSA, and OSHA requirements
** Qualifications
* ** Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle operated
* ** Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience operating a 26' box truck
*** Experience using a liftgate preferred
* Safe driving record
* Ability to safely load and unload freight
* Dependable attendance
* Ability to work the required Monday–Friday schedule
* Ability to meet company, insurance, TSA, background-screening, and applicable drug-testing requirements
