1+ Year 26' Box Truck Driving Experience Required

California Sierra Express is hiring an experienced 26' Box Truck Driver for our Compton operation. Our evening drivers work primarily in and around the LAX cargo terminals, picking up, delivering, and recovering time-sensitive airfreight shipments.

This is a full-time position operating a 26-foot liftgate box truck. Routes typically require approximately 8–10 hours, depending on freight volume, airport activity, traffic, and operational needs.

• $20.00–$23.00/hour, DOE
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

• Operate a 26' liftgate box truck on assigned routes
• Pick up and deliver freight primarily at LAX cargo facilities
• Load, unload, and safely secure freight
• Complete time-sensitive freight pickups, deliveries, and recoveries
• Maintain vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and other required documentation
• Provide professional service when interacting with customers and cargo facilities
• Follow company safety, DOT, TSA, and cargo-security requirements

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle operated
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience operating a 26' box truck
• Safe driving record
• Ability to safely load and unload freight
• Ability to work a consistent 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to meet company, insurance, TSA, background-screening, and applicable drug-testing requirements
