Future CDJR of Concord is seeking experienced Automotive Production Technician - Level 1. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale:
The Production Technician - Level 1 Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Our level 1 CDJR Production Technicians can earn as much as $10,000 per month!!, depending on their productivity
Responsibilities- Perform Used Car Reconditioning
- Maintain a customer-first attitude with a focus on productivity
- Collaborate effectively with writers, parts department, and other technicians
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Complete PDIs (Pre-delivery inspections)
- Perform recalls
- Report concerns to the service manager
- Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Required 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Some post-secondary automotive training
- High school diploma or GED
- Results-oriented self-starter
- Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
